New Nokia 3310 to launch in India before the brand's Android phones

”The much-loved Nokia 3310’s modern version could land in India as soon as May”

Earlier this week, Ajey Mehta, HMD Global’s VIP India, revealed that the company is all set to launch the new Nokia-branded Android smartphones and Nokia 3310 in India in June. Now Gadgets 360 reports that the brand has plans to bring the Nokia 3310

Mehta said that the company will be launching all four Nokia phones in India starting end-May to early-June. The Nokia 3310 could be launched here sooner, but the brand hasn’t finalised a date yet. Earlier reports had suggested that the brand will be following a ‘Make in India’ strategy for the new Nokia phones, but Mehta told the publication that’s also not quite finalised yet.

The report also says that some of the Nokia phones will be available exclusively online and the others offline, remaining mutually exclusive. Mehta didn’t name any offline or online channel at the moment. Recently, Flipkart’s poll on Twitter fuelled speculations that the Nokia 3310 will be available via the e-tailer.
